Download the pdf of what to bring General hosting conditionsTo ensure the safety and well-being of all our visitors and to protect our natural environment, we have established the following rules for the Lupo Wolf Sanctuary site. Please read them carefully and adhere to them during your stay.
1. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire Lupo Wolf Sanctuary site, including camping areas, trails, and common areas. A designated smoking area is provided between the ticket office and the parking lot for those who wish to smoke.
2. No Eating or Cooking Inside Glamping and Ready-to-Camp Tents
For safety and hygiene reasons, eating or cooking inside the glamping and ready-to-camp tents is prohibited. We have designated picnic areas and cooking spaces where you can prepare and enjoy your meals comfortably.
3. Cleanliness of Accommodations
Accommodations must be returned in the same condition as they were upon visitors' arrival. A $250.00 deposit will be collected at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or if the accommodation is left unclean. If no damages are found and the accommodation is clean, the deposit will be fully refunded.
4. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in the accommodations or anywhere on the Lupo Wolf Sanctuary site. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of visitors and sanctuary animals.
5. Do Not Feed the Wolves or Throw Objects into the Enclosure
Feeding the wolves or throwing objects into the enclosure is strictly prohibited. This rule is in place to protect the wolves' health and ensure their natural behavior.
6. Curfew at 10 PM
A curfew is in effect starting at 10 PM. We ask all visitors to respect this curfew to ensure the tranquility of the wolves and other visitors.
7. Prohibited Activities
Ball games, fireworks, or any other activities likely to disturb the tranquility of the wolves and other visitors are prohibited on the Lupo Wolf Sanctuary site.
8. Food Management
Never leave food outside, not even on the platform, as raccoons or other animals may be around. Tents must remain closed to prevent the intrusion of animals such as squirrels, raccoons, etc.
9. Ready-to-Camp Rules
Any unregistered persons may be denied accommodation or will be required to pay the due amount. No external visitors without access rights are allowed.
10. Arrival and Departure Times - Ready-to-Camp
When you have reserved one of our accommodations, you can check in at the reception starting from 10:00 AM. Some accommodations may not be available until later, so we invite you to contact us before your arrival to confirm the availability time of your accommodation. For ready-to-camp, tents will be available from 4:00 PM. You can arrive on-site from 10:00 AM to enjoy your day.
Accommodations must be vacated by 9:00 AM at the latest on your departure day. Please check out at the reception.
11. Arrival and Departure Times - Sleep with the Wolves
When you have reserved one of our accommodations, you can check in at the reception starting from 10:00 AM. Some accommodations may not be available until later, so we invite you to contact us before your arrival to confirm the availability time of your accommodation. Tents will be available from 3:00 PM. You can arrive on-site from 10:00 AM to enjoy your day.
Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest on your departure day. Please check out at the reception.
12. Sleep with the Wolves
It is important to note that fires and BBQs are prohibited at all times.
13. Cancellation and Change Policy
If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, you must contact us at least 14 days in advance, otherwise, you will incur a fee of 25% of the costs before taxes. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made 4 days or less before the start of your stay; only rescheduling will be allowed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all our visitors. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including the partial or full retention of the security deposit.
