LUPO Wolf Sanctuary Rules
In order to ensure the safety and well-being of all our visitors, as well as the protection of our natural environment, we have established the following rules for the LUPO Wolf Sanctuary site. Please read them carefully and respect them during your stay.
1. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire LUPO Wolf Sanctuary site, including camping areas, trails, and common spaces. A designated smoking area is located between the ticket office and the parking lot for those who wish to smoke.
2. Moderate Consumption Only – Be Responsible
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted, but please remain attentive and responsible. Any abuse of alcohol that disrupts the safety and tranquility of our visitors or wildlife will result in your expulsion along with your family and a ban from returning. If necessary, we will contact the police to file a complaint.
3. Be Careful of Children
It is forbidden to drive down to the reception area with your car or truck.
4. No Eating or Cooking Inside the Glamping Tents
For safety and hygiene reasons, and to avoid attracting small rodents, eating or cooking inside the glamping or ready-to-camp tents is strictly prohibited. You may eat at your picnic table located at your glamping accommodation.
5. Cleanliness of Accommodations
Accommodations must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival. A $250 deposit will be collected at the time of rental to cover any potential damage or if the accommodation is left dirty. If no damage is found and the accommodation is returned clean, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Boots and shoes are not allowed inside the tent. Food and eating are also prohibited.
Security Deposit:
Please leave the accommodation in the condition in which it was entrusted to you, and think of those who come after you. The $250 deposit may not be refunded in the event of damage or excessive uncleanliness noted during inspection.

6. Fire Risk – Attention
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to bring any type of space heater due to fire risks.
7. For the Well-Being of the Wolves
Do not knock on the glass or tables. Do not shout, scream or howl. Respect the well-being of the wolves to avoid causing aggression with the wolves.
8. LUPO in Light
The starting point is at the Wolf Trail. Follow the lights along the 1 km path, and at the end of the illuminated trail, return to your accommodation.
The LUPO in Light trail is an immersive experience in a natural environment. Despite all efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the lighting installations, occasional interruptions or technical issues may occur.
By participating in this activity, visitors acknowledge that LUPO Wolf Sanctuary cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions, temporary interruptions, or situations beyond its control.
9. Sleeping Bag / Pillow Not Provided
You may rent them in advance when making your reservation or call to reserve before your stay.
10. Departure Instructions

Vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m.

Put all objects back in their proper places.

Leave the premises clean.

Lock the door.
-
Clean the refrigerator.

Sweep and clean.

Empty the garbage and recycling into the bins next to reception. Don’t forget the can deposit.

Put your dirty dishes in the plastic bin provided for this purpose and bring it back to the wooden table in front of the shop.

If you used any kitchen kit item, return the complete kitchen kit to the front.

Clean the coffee maker and frying pan.

Put the 4 chairs back.

Leave the cart inside the accommodation.

Close the propane BBQ gas tank.

Put the brooms back in place.

Do not touch accessories and decorations.
11. No Pets Allowed
Pets are prohibited in the accommodations and throughout the entire LUPO Wolf Sanctuary site. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of visitors and the sanctuary animals.
12. Do Not Feed the Wolves or Throw Objects into the Enclosure
It is strictly forbidden to feed the wolves or throw objects into the enclosure. This rule is in place to protect the wolves’ health and ensure their natural behavior.
13. How to Attract the Wolves and Enjoy Magical Moments

Do not knock on the glass or tables.

Do not shout or scream.

Do not howl.
14. Curfew at 10:00 p.m.
A curfew is in effect starting at 10:00 p.m. We ask all visitors to respect this curfew to ensure the tranquility of the wolves and other visitors. No loud noise or music will be tolerated after curfew.
15. No Disruptive Activities
Ball games, fireworks, or any other activity likely to disturb the tranquility of the wolves and other visitors are prohibited on the LUPO Wolf Sanctuary site.
16. Food Management
Never leave food outside, not even on the platform, as raccoons or other animals may be roaming.
17. Mini-Pod Availability
If a mini-pod is available during your stay and you choose to modify your glamping reservation to a mini-pod accommodation, no refund will be granted for the initial reservation, and the full mini-pod rate must be paid.
18. Visitors
Any unregistered person will be refused accommodation; no outside visitors are permitted.
19. Arrival and Departure Times – Sleep with the Wolves
When you have reserved one of our accommodations, “Sleep with the Wolves”, you may present yourself at reception starting at 11:00 a.m. Some accommodations may not be available until later, so please contact us before your arrival to be informed of the availability time.
Accommodations must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please go to reception to check out and ensure that cleaning and the items listed in section #3 have been completed.
20. Arrival and Departure Times – Family Camping
When you have reserved one of our Family Camping accommodations, you may present yourself at reception starting at 11:00 a.m. Some accommodations may not be available until later, so please contact us before your arrival to be informed of the availability time.
Camping tents will be available starting at 4:00 p.m. You may arrive on site starting at 10:00 a.m. to enjoy your day. Family Camping tents must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please go to reception to check out.
21. Guidelines and Safety
Some grounds include steep areas, ponds, and streams. Keep a vigilant eye on your children. For guests requiring specific medication, ensure you have the necessary doses, as the Sanctuary cannot provide them if needed.
22. Cancellation and Date Change Policy
You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days before your stay date. In the event of cancellation, fees equal to 25% of the reservation amount before taxes will be retained.
Less than 30 days before the scheduled date, no cancellation or date change will be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
23. Cancellation and Date Change Policy – Flex Option
Our Flex tickets allow you to book your visit with peace of mind. A date must be selected at purchase, but it remains changeable, non-refundable, up to 7 days before the scheduled stay date, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled date, no date change will be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
